Handmade leather, made to outlast trends
Bags you will still be carrying in ten years
Full-grain hides, hand-cut and stitched in small runs. No logos, no seasons, no hardware that gives up before the leather does.

Our craft
One maker, one bag, start to finish
Every Ukmets bag is cut, skived, edged and stitched by a single maker rather than passed down a line. It is slower, and it is the reason the panels line up and the edges stay closed.
We buy full-grain hides from tanneries that still use vegetable tanning, so the leather darkens and softens with use instead of flaking away from a coated surface.
Leather care
Made to be repaired, not replaced
Stitching, hardware and edges are covered for two years. Send the bag back and we will put it right.
What you get with every Ukmets bag
The things we will not cut, whatever it costs us.
Full-grain only
Vegetable-tanned hides that darken and soften with wear, never a coated split that peels.
Hand-stitched seams
Saddle-stitched at the stress points, so one broken thread cannot unzip a whole seam.
Two-year repair cover
Stitching, hardware and edges are ours to put right for two years after you buy.
Thirty-day returns
Carry it, live with it, send it back unmarked within thirty days if it is not the one.

What owners say after a year of carrying it
Put a genuine customer quote here. Specifics about how the leather has worn do far more work than praise.
