Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Gloves only work if they fit. Here's how exchanges, returns and refunds work at UKmets.

Free size exchange: 30 days

Ordered the wrong weight or size? You have 30 days from delivery to exchange it for a different weight or size of the same product.

  • Gloves must be unworn: tried on indoors over clean hands is fine; used for training is not.
  • Send the gloves back with tracking. We'll give you the return address when you contact us.
  • Once they arrive, we ship the new size free of charge.
  • You cover the postage to send the original pair back.

Returns for a refund: 14 days

If you'd rather have your money back, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn, with no sweat, marks or odour
  • In their original packaging, with any tags and inserts included

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Original free shipping isn't charged back.

Items we can't take back

  • Gloves, headguards or mitts that have been used for training or sparring
  • Hand wraps that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons
  • Anything returned without contacting us first

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover shipping both ways. Stitching or padding faults that show up under normal use within 90 days are also covered.

How to start an exchange or return

  1. Email shopifyllcuse89@hotmail.com with your order number, the item, and whether you want an exchange or a refund.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with approval and the return address.
  3. Ship the item with tracking and send us the tracking number.

Please don't send anything back before we reply. Parcels sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 3 business days and email you the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show them.

Cancellations

You can cancel for free before your order is dispatched, usually within 1–2 business days. After that, use the return process above.
