Welcome to Ukmets. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ukmets.online and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. Who We Are
Ukmets operates the online store at ukmets.online from 20823 SW 81st Loop, Dunnellon, FL 34431, United States. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Ukmets. References to "you" mean the person browsing the site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under that age you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
3. Your Account
Creating an account is optional but makes checkout and order tracking easier. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks.
4. Products, Descriptions, and Images
We describe every item as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements, and finish. Leather is a natural material, so grain, tone, and markings vary slightly from piece to piece — this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen. Product photography is illustrative, and small variations between the photo and the item you receive are normal.
All items are subject to availability. If something you have ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a wait time, or a full refund.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply to your delivery address. We may change prices, run promotions, or end them at any time without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
We work hard to keep pricing accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the item and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, where the billing and shipping details cannot be verified, or where the order appears to be for resale rather than personal use.
Once an order is placed, changes and cancellations are only possible before it enters fulfilment. Contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. Your card details are entered directly into the processor's secure environment; we never see or store your full card number. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may hold or cancel the associated order.
8. Shipping and Risk
Delivery timeframes, costs, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and customs. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier records the parcel as delivered to your address.
It is your responsibility to give a complete and correct shipping address. We are not able to refund orders lost because of an address error on your side, although we will always try to help trace the parcel.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains the return window, the condition items must be in, and how refunds are issued. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Ukmets name, logo, product photography, written descriptions, page layout, and design elements — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use our content to train automated systems without our written permission.
Any third-party names or marks that appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the goods offered.
11. Acceptable Use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, monitor, or copy the site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or system.

Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
19. Severability and Waiver
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have waived it.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force at the moment you place it.
