Accessibility Statement

UKmets wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from ukmets.online, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we do

• Pages are built with headings, landmarks and labels so they can be navigated by screen reader and keyboard.
• A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page.
• Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast, and text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom without breaking the layout.
• Form fields, including our custom design form, have visible labels and clear error messages.
• The site works on phones, tablets and desktops.

Our aim

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as the standard we work towards. We don't claim the site meets every part of it yet.

Known limits

• Some product photos may not yet have detailed text descriptions.
• Checkout, payment screens and some embedded features are provided by third parties, and we don't control how they are built.
