Before You Write
A few things you can check straight away:
- Where is my order? Tracking details are emailed within 3–4 business days of dispatch. Check your spam and promotions folders first — filters catch these often. Full timeframes are in our Shipping Policy.
- I want to return something. You have 25 days from purchase. Email us for authorisation before shipping anything back — the steps are in our Return & Refund Policy.
- My item arrived damaged. Photograph the item and its packaging and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
- Which bag fits my laptop? Tell us the make and screen size and we will point you to the right piece.
- How do I care for leather? Ask us — we will send care guidance specific to the finish on your item.
