If your message is about an existing order, include your order number. If something arrived damaged, attach photos of the item and the box. For a custom design, attach your artwork or use the custom design form on our home page.
Before you write
- Which weight should I buy? Use the fit finder or the boxing glove size guide.
- Where is my order? Orders leave our Sialkot workshop within 1–2 business days and reach the US in 5–7 business days. Your tracking link is in your dispatch email. See our shipping policy.
- Wrong size? You have 30 days to exchange unworn gear, and we ship the new size free. See returns and exchanges.
- Damaged or faulty? Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
