How paying for a UKmets order works.

Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and in the footer of this site. The options offered can vary with your device and location.

Currency and what's included

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you see includes free standard US shipping and prepaid US import duties, so nothing more is owed on delivery. Any sales tax that applies to your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

When you're charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

Custom orders

Custom designs are priced by individual quote. Your quote states the price and how payment is taken, and production starts once payment is received and you have approved the mock-up.

Security

Checkout is encrypted and payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Order checks

To protect customers from fraud, some orders are reviewed before dispatch. We may contact you to confirm details, and we may cancel and refund an order we can't verify.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, check your card details and billing address, then try again or use another method. Your bank can tell you why a payment was refused; we aren't given the reason.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show them. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
