Why it's built this way
What's in the set
- Lace-up boxing gloves: red with black laces, a contrast thumb and the UKmets badge on the cuff. Choose 8oz to 16oz.
- Full-face headgear with face bar: covers the forehead, cheeks and chin, with a bar across the front to keep punches off the nose and mouth. Sizes S to XL.
- Groin guard: padded front with an adjustable waistband and a close fit under shorts. Sizes S to XL.
Why fighters pick this set
- Laced for a locked wrist. Laces pull the cuff tight from the palm up, so the glove moves with your hand instead of around it.
- Layered padding. Padding is stacked evenly across all four knuckles to spread impact on the bag, the pads and in sparring.
- Soft inner lining. A smooth lining that is easy to slide into over wraps and wipes down after a session.
- Face bar protection. The bar takes shots that would otherwise land on the nose, which makes it a good choice for newer sparrers and hard rounds.

How do I choose the sizes?
Gloves: 8–10oz suits youth and light bag work, 12–14oz suits general training, and 16oz is the usual sparring weight for adults. Most gyms ask for 16oz when you spar. See the boxing glove size guide for a full chart.
Headgear: measure around your head just above the eyebrows. S fits about 21–22 in, M 22–23 in, L 23–24 in, XL 24 in and up.
Groin guard: go by your waist size. S fits about 26–30 in, M 30–34 in, L 34–38 in, XL 38 in and up.
Picked the wrong size? Exchange it free within 30 days, as long as it's unworn.
Can I add my name or logo?
Yes. We can add a name, gym name or logo to the gloves and headgear before they leave the workshop. Email us with your order number and what you'd like before your order ships, and we'll confirm the details and any extra time needed.
Shipping and duties
Orders are checked and dispatched from Karachi within 1–2 business days and reach US addresses in 5–7 business days by DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping is free on every US order, and import duties are prepaid, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. See our shipping policy.
Returns
Free size exchanges within 30 days and returns for a refund within 14 days, on unused items in their original packaging. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full. See our return and refund policy.

Care
Open the cuffs or loosen the laces and air-dry after every session, away from direct heat. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth. Never store gloves zipped in a gym bag.
