Welcome to Ukmets. These Terms of Service govern your use of ukmets.online and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material, so grain, tone, and markings vary slightly from piece to piece — this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. All items are subject to availability; if something is out of stock we will offer a replacement, a wait time, or a full refund.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply to your delivery address. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the item and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where billing and shipping details cannot be verified. Changes and cancellations are only possible before an order enters fulfilment.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Your card details are entered directly into the processor’s secure environment; we never see or store your full card number. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may hold or cancel the associated order.

Delivery timeframes, costs, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier records the parcel as delivered to your address. It is your responsibility to give a complete and correct shipping address.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains the return window, the condition items must be in, and how refunds are issued. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Ukmets name, logo, product photography, written descriptions, and design elements — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use our content to train automated systems without our written permission.
